Administrative Assistant

Opportunity:

We are always interested in meeting highly organized, outgoing, service-oriented candidates to assist our firm’s advisor support team. Positions, when available, may be part-time or full-time. Days and hours may be flexible depending on needs and the candidate’s availability. The Administrative Assistant would work directly with a Wealth Management Advisor in our San Antonio, TX office, assisting with their day-to-day operations.

Objective:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Wealth Management Advisor in their day-to-day operations. Working knowledge of a PC computer is a must.  

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

  • Assist with Advisor’s daily activities
  • Answer and make phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Prepare documents and any materials needed for client meetings
  • Assist clients with service questions and issues
  • Complete Application forms
  • Maintain compliant files
  • Update Client Relationship Management system

  • Ability to be flexible and work cross-functionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the financial services industry – strongly preferred
  • Experience with any Client Relationship Management tool
